Here at Jaegr, we understand how important your order is to you and your dogs. 

This is why we despatch same day, please note the below cut offs.

Next day same day despatch cut off 11:00am GMT

Royal Mail same day despatch cut off 11:00am GMT

For UK parcels we are using Royal Mail & standard Next Day Couriers.

For International parcels we have now partnered with UPS & FedEx.

If your country does not show as on option or you are ordering a large bulk shipment, please contact us via the 'Contact us' page to discuss this further.

Please note, when shipping to ROW, you will be liable for duties & taxes.

Due to brexit - as a company based in the UK, any customer ordering in EU will result in you being liable for taxes and duties.

In Mainland UK, there is no Delivery on bank holidays or weekends.

Returns

How do I return something? 

We hope you like our products as much as we do, if you have an issue and would like to return a product, please contact our customer service team with your reason for returning your goods on the e-mail hello@jaegrdogwear.com.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with your return options, so you can send the package back to us, packages must be pre-paid. Once your goods have been received and checked, we will refund via your original payment method.

Returned items must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged. 

As per the UK law, this must be done within 14 days and we must receive the goods within 14 days of this notice to be returned too. We must then refund within 14 days of them arriving. International parcels, we will give 14 days from arrival of goods.

Exchanges
