How do I return my coat? 

We hope you like our products as much as we do, if you have an issue and would like to return please contact our customer service team with your reason for returning your goods on the below e-mail hello@jaegrdogwear.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible with your return options, so you can send the package back to us, packages must be pre-paid. Once received your goods and checked them over your original payment method will be credited. 

Returned items must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged.
